Carton live racking operates on a first in, first out system (Fi-Fo) and is a fast, controlled distribution solution. It is similar to pallet live except it employs hand picking and loading methods. Items are fed in to a roller system that utilises gravity to slide the goods into the exit aisle. Using this system, pickers can work at the front and loaders / replenishers at the back, saving time and labour costs.
